Analyzed 3M+ county level cost of living records across 133 Virginia counties using R, Census APIs, policy datasets, and statistical models.
Built and deployed an interactive RShiny dashboard using R, Leaflet, and Plotly to provide real time estimates by family structure for all Virginia counties.
Cleaned, merged, and engineered multi source datasets across housing, food, transportation, healthcare, and wages to evaluate affordability patterns.

Analyzed remittance outflows from the United States to 97 recipient countries using a gravity-style regression model.
Built models step by step, adding economic, demographic, and cost-related controls to test robustness.
Estimated the strongest determinants affecting remittance volumes and evaluated model fit.
